Summary: We loved staying here. Neighborhood is quiet, short walk to the beach, well maintained home. The a/c worked great, sitting out on the patio at night listening to the tree frogs was amazing. We would love to stay here again, already planning a trip for next year.

Summary: This townhouse is conveniently located walking distance from the beach. The resort style community is gated with 24/7 security on site. We felt very safe and the amenities were great also. There is a community pool, right in the backyard of the property. There are tennis and basketball courts on the premises. Grocery store Amigo is only short drive away. Numerous little shops and restaurants in the area along with the major freeway. The house itself is equipped with all the necessities to make it a comfortable stay. Host is very nice and responds to questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to stay here anyone traveling to Puerto Rico.

Summary: Honestly, this was the absolute best place to stay for our family vacation. We were steps from a beach to walk on and you can drive to one of the best family beaches in 2 minutes in Balneario. We were also only 10-15 minutes from the entrance of El Yunque Forest. It’s far away from the busy city in San Juan, but close enough to drive in for the day. The pool is just outside the property and the kids used it daily. Seriously, the house had it all. Location, food, cleanliness, space. Loved it all!

Summary: We had a great time in this rental. We were close to both the pool and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was conveniently located for the activities we wanted to do during our vacation.

Summary: We had an amazing time. The house was just lovely and it was a smooth process. The owners were very helpful with providing me with a guide so I could set up our adventures ahead of time. It was a great experience and I definitely will be back.

Summary: I stayed at Aqua Villa with my family. The place, itself, was safe, clean, and comfortable. The location was fantastic for getting to San Juan, Fajardo, and El Yunque, all of which was only a 30 minute drive or less. The host was easy to communicate with and had information readily available for people new to the island. Would highly recommend staying here!
